Our catalyst

We have acheived high performance with our catalyst comprising of much less expensive metals such as tungsten and manganese to activate oxygen and effectively catalyze the oxidative reforming of methane with a high rate of conversion and selectivity. Controlling the feed gas-flow and catalyst-bed temperature reduces the exothermic OCM reaction, avoiding runaway reaction or coking.

Single or multiple reactor system can be utilized for the oxidative reforming reaction. Using two reactors in series, this catalyst can produce favorable yields of C2+ compounds in presence or absence of distributed oxygen feed, and with or without interstage effluent cooling.
